^you've forgotten the fibre washer ;) cup fits into the manifold, thats obvious how it fits, correct? bolt goes through the manifold/cup, then its fibre washer spring flat washer (if genuine kit used) cap nut

remember it says "recommends" if it said "demands" then its a different story ;) it has knock control, lambdas and a clever computer, its fine mine made 190bhp (with a cat) on boggo 95, but CS masses would lynch me if they new that ;)

5th gear reckoned the 200 clio was quicker round the track than a 182, it wasn't, they switched the figures plus they used thor's dyno, i've seen more accurate guess work
