nope! it is a pulley, but not part of any kit
you have
cambelt kit - belt, 2 idler pulleys and a tensioner
aux belt kit - belt, idler pulley and a tensioner
dephaser is seperate
nope if the car comes in sounding normal it "should" be fine, but if it starts rattling 6months down the line its not my issue, its the customers choice, if its a high miler i advise it

yes it can, undo the lower ball joint and hub nut and pull the hub off the shaft pull off the old ring (if its cracked it will pull off by hand) and gentley tap on the replacement (grease it up)
2 different rings available for the 1.2 16V
one is something like 22 the other is 44, you need to check
the 22 you can buy, the 44 you can't (ihave them in stock though ;))
