New Clio Cup test

Anyone interested in the new clio cup? Take a look at this link. Autocars 0 - 60 time of 6 secs looks far fetched but the fact it was quicker than a WRX is cracking!

This is the second Cup version of the Clio. The original Cup – based on the then range-topping 172 Sport – was a homologation special designed to allow Renault into Group N rallying. The new car is nothing more than a nice sales idea, and that’s worrying in itself: performance cars that lose their original competition raison d’etre can lose their focus with later iterations.

Enough said really!

6 seconds is a bit optimistic but autocar always have been, StillIm sure its better than the 172cup!
