I had prolines on my old 172 ph2 and they were ace. same ride comfort as standard but a lot better handling. My mate has them on his 182 with cup packs now. they dont lower it much tho.
If u want lower ride height u will have to sacrifice some ride quality.
got to be alternator fault if it goes flat while driving. Maybe a connection as the alternator is new.

Always makes me laugh how everyone on this site slags off the main dealers and calls the tech's monkeys. BUT would pay more for a second hand motor that had a full history from such a place.

got a set for track use. Ive only used them on the south west airfield day and to be honest i thought they were awsome. It was wet and muddy and they gripped much much better than my old f1's did. look forward to the dry with them
