Yep all the more track focused pads have a pretty corrosive dust, you might get away with it if they're cleaned very regularly but leave it on there for a bit and you'll never get it off.
I used greenstuffs with brembo hc discs with goodridge lines and castrol super response fluid and they were pretty good. They're fine for a fast road setup but they won't hack trackwork I don't think.
