Renault do it opposite way round though, its left and right as your looking at the car. Retrived from the renault manual (can post page if you don't believe me):
1. Rear Right (N/S/R)
2. Front Left (O/S/F)
3. Rear Left (O/S/R)
4. Front Right (N/S/F)
They use left and right so it doesn't differ...
Still doesn't take away the fact that prices have taken a serious dive since this time last year. Its why I got rid of mine before it was worth completely sod all.
Its a computer, not a nuclear reactor. As long as he doesn't start playing with partitions he won't do any more damage than has already been done. And some of these "professionals" are a joke tbh arse from elbow comes to mind.
Assuming thats just carbon and not oil then I doubt it, if its oil residue then it looks like it was leaking oil into all 4 pots which would be unlikely but possible I guess.
Its in the alarm manual, turn the ignition on and off twice then when you lock the car is should beep 3 times to tell you the interior sensors are deactivated.
Think this is just one of those things tbh, how long did it take from the noise starting to it snapping? Can't really see how this has anything to do with renault as its 3 years outside of warrenty and these things do happen.
Tbh whatever the map i'd have thought all the results would be the same, the rstuner is the cheapest and gives you the flexibility of alterations so its a no brainer imo.
Ubuntu or another live distribution of linux is probably the best bet them to fish the data off onto a usb stick or otherwise, going to be a bit of a learning curve if you've never used linux but you should manage it i've never used ubuntu and how user friendly is it?
Its going to need a format...
Not all, my 51 plate didn't have either but had drivers seat lumbar support and the dash dimmer. The 03 plate 1.6 that replaced it have the lumbar support or dimmer but had auto lights/wipers.
Its either June or March 02 they started fitting them I can't remember which.
Not got another computer i'm guessing? And here is a textbook example of why you should back stuff up. Might end up being a costly lesson tbh, only other option is to remove the drive and stick it in another computer and you should be able to pull data off it. Another idea is will it start in...
You'll need to make or buy a tool to slack the aux tensioner off, ideally the idler+tensioner wants changing too and its a nice and fiddly job on a FF.
Without the centre bore size no-one can confirm either way! PCD is correct, offset will be ok but I doubt the centre bore is correct. I'm 99.9% honda/pug etc use a smaller centre bore, you need wheels with a 60.1mm centre bore or one with a larger one and use spigot rings.
Look again, thats the resonator which has been removed leave the normal circle throttle body which unfortunately faces the rear hence the piping.

I'd guess the 4 100 means its 4x100 so the PCD is correct, but doubt the center bore will be right. They'll probably want 5mm spacers as well to fit a non rs mk2 without rubbing.
^ There still not the best as your still leaving a very large resonator in place. The ramcharger piping is the best idea but I don't think that caters for the breather, the piping you get with a simota carbon charger is the best for giving a normal opening to fit and induction kit.

Pre June 2002 cars didn't have auto lights/wipers but they will have the dash dimming dial and adjustable lumbar support on the drivers seat instead. Also the seat pattern is replicated on the door cards and the dynamique badge on the inside of the glovebox lid is a different style.
