This was after about 5 miles of roundabouts and dual carriageways, so I think he 'allowed' me to get past quickly. Earlier on...on some footage I can't upload, he was much harder work.
Ali? Wuss.
LOL at petty.
If you left your car door open and the keys in the ignistion, you'd have no problem with me taking it for a spin then? How about I put it round a track while I'm at it?
Or would you call me a c**t for taking something that I have no right to, and that someone else has paid for?
Well, killed is a strong word, so maybe annihilated would be better :rasp:
Love the manual rack, covered almost 300 miles on it and it's much more manageable now I've gotten used to it.
New brakes make a f***ing racket, clanking and rattling in the calipers, and squealing like nothing I've...
I personally think the PF97s are better. Not because they stop you better than the Blues (they don't), or because they're cheaper (7k miles vs 30k miles!)...but because of how they feel.
Pagid Blues I found just did their thing, day in day out. You press, you stop. You press harder, you stop...
Interesting...
My full interior inclusing door cards and carpets was 65 kgs. The door cards came in at 9 kgs and the carpet was 12 kgs...leaving 44 kgs for the balance compared to your loss of 30kgs :S
They work fine from cold...don't have quite the initial bite that standard pads do, but press the pedal and you stop.
Dust wise, they are nowhere near as bad as the PF97s...mostly because they don't wear anywhere near as quick.
I got 30k from a set of Pagid Blues, and 7k from PF97s.
F***ing brilliant!
I was hoping some kind of an improvement, but the feel I'm now getting through the wheel is sublime.
As the tyres just push past their limit and into understeer, it feels like I've got a chunk of tyre rubber in each hand and I can feel it slipping and tearing across the...
I can't stop mine doing it since I've started left foot braking. Weight over the front, turn in, bingo.
I can really honestly say I've never ever felt it though. I can't understand what everyone says they can feel?
Sadly very little.
As before passenger seat and airbag next...but apart from that there's not a great deal that the car doesn't need.
Smaller battery maybe, lighter suspension possibly, but after that I'll be adding weight again with a cage :(
Your having to pay for this work and the warranty cover's not the main issue here KDF, they are plainly in breach of their contract with you. If they were not in breach of contract then you wouldn't be having these conversations with them as there would be no fault that needed fixing!!!
You...
