Much as I love the Yozzasport, I can't fault my K-tec stealth. With a decat it measures at around 91db IIRC, quiet as you like when you want it, not too intrusive at speed, and sounds great under load at high revs. Sound clip here

HCs are more than enough for road use. Max good for tracks if you like the middle pedal.
