Make sure to either feed it into the intake as per the standard setup or vent it with a breather filter. If you look in the last pic I posted thats where the breather comes off the block.
The BMCs are pretty much all universal kits, the filter is suitable for the engine but its up to you to sort out most of the connecting tubing. You need to cobble up something like this and don't forget about the crankcase breather.
Yep, as said network only. Orange will need to give you the unlock code and if its been a upgrade on a contract they can refuse until the contract has been completed.
Peak power on the 1.2 16v is 5.5k so I used to change just after that, the last few courtesy cars I had were driven in "drive it like you stole it" mode so plenty of limiter there. Wouldn't dream of doing it in my own car, limiter action is reserved to courtesy/hire cars.
The trouble you've got with the door speakers it that the gaiters for the door wiring use a plug at the car end (you might already know this lol). Hence its very difficult to get wire into the doors, hence why I made a few adapters to fit my front components rather than run new cable.
As said both are pretty damn slow in the general scale of things, i'd say try both and go with what you prefer. I'd go for the 1.2 16v everytime because I HATE diesel power delivery and lack of revs.
Republish it and it'll reupload the bits you've changed. Although as said it'll teach you a LOT of bad habits, dreamweaver is much better imo and doesn't completely chuck you in at the deep end.
Tbh 630 notes doesn't seem too bad considering you've got no ncb, hell i payed £1800 on a 1.2 when i was 17. Its just the disadvantage to being a named driver/fronting you don't get any ncb so you'll get stung one day or another.
You just have to grit your teeth and pay it the first year.
You could just use any Mk2 subframe couldn't you? And just drill the holes for the 2nd mount?
Or are the cup packed ones different due to the wider track?
They should be in loose if there in there. Probably not then. For the benefit rear speakers would give you (very little) its not worth bothering with the wiring to run them off the standard headunit.
If they were amped then it would be easy enough to add them.
