I think your going to have a problem with the centre bore size. They need to me 60.1mm and very few cars are that size honda almost 100% aren't. Mine have what I think are spigot rings in them so you'll need to some new ones so the size is right. If you look inside the wheels when you get the...

Could be either the bulb or ballast. Neither are cheap, there both £100+ from Renault. The bulbs can be had elsewhere for around £60, there D2S bulbs. Mine are Osram Xenarc.

No i've found its more of a totally dirty screen, for example in summer and it randomly rains as the screen is a bit greasy they don't work so well. I've got no idea how they work but i'd like to know.
