If theres a lot of dead travel in the steering it probably wants the column welding.

Where did you get these from Martin?, i've been after some for ages and i'd give my right arm for some. Never seem to crop up that much.
Its on a Apex 40mm kit now, that last photo was from a while ago when i'd just got the wheels (Powercoated Oz SuperTurismos).
Looks a lot lower in the metal that I can get to show on pictures. And thats a shite picture to boot.
98-05 Is the Mk2 which is broken down into:
98-01 Mk2 Ph1 - Round headlights
01-04 Mk2 Ph2 - Facelift, triangular headlights
04-06 Mk2 Ph3 - Different front bumper, few other different things but essentially the same as the Ph2
06-? Mk2 Ph4 - Totally different front bumper and redesigned rear...
Same thing happened to me on a roundabout, unfortuanately the bang did follow the slide and resulting spin. Still think to this day that if i'd buried the gas when it started fishtailing instead of panic lifting that it might have pulled out of it but hey ho didn't think of it at the time, still...

I think your going to have a problem with the centre bore size. They need to me 60.1mm and very few cars are that size honda almost 100% aren't.

Could be either the bulb or ballast. Neither are cheap, there both £100+ from Renault. The bulbs can be had elsewhere for around £60, there D2S bulbs. Mine are Osram Xenarc.
No i've found its more of a totally dirty screen, for example in summer and it randomly rains as the screen is a bit greasy they don't work so well.
I've got no idea how they work but i'd like to know.
