If you want to travel a bit for a bodyshop mate, Advanced Autobody, Sandown Road (off Ascot Drive) in Derby.
Really, really good place, do loads of stars cars like all of Paul Daniels Astons etc, very proffesional too.
Plus in the week they work 24hrs, so won;t take too long.
Looks miles...
If I'm heading upto Warrington anytime soon to visit my sister and you've picked one up, I'll be ahppy to give you some pointers for an hour or so mate if that's any good to you?
I don't even have time to PC my own car, let alone do someone elses!
complain to them. Take some pics showing the problem and try to get them to either send more of foot the bill.
Not fit for purpose comes into mind, definately worth trying.
Thanks :D
Cheers Warren, I'll get it done with the tyres, then the car should be spot on, until payday when I need new pads all round!
I love this car but it isn't cheap to own!
They have already been run on a car for about 1k miles, so I don't reckon they will go much lower, but I'm really happy with them.
Was gonna get the tracking done when I get 2 new tyres on tomorrow afternoon, will it make any difference to it leaving it longer even though the springs are...
Now I have the sportlines on after a bit of messing about, I can notice a subtle difference, feels a bit better on the road too, whoop whoop!

Nice one mate, what colour?
I picked mine up on Thursday last week, 05 plate in silver with 35k miles.
I love it to bits!
Out of interest, what did you pay for it, just to compare to mine? PM me if you don't want it public.
By the way, get a pug 307 splitter, £35 and flexible so you'll be...
I am very, very interested in a pair of these if all goes well.
My thumb grips aren't torn at the minute but I can see it coming. Can you pm me if they go into production please?!
Yeah I'm going at 1.30 to get them to crack them off so i can do it all at home.
Gonna do the backs now though, so just the fronts to do this afternoon.
Yeah tried everything mate.
If you look at my other thread about the spring not being seated properly, thats the effect of my trying earlier today!
Just need the garage to crack both the top mounts off, then tighten then enough for me to drive 200 yards home, so I can take it all to bits!
I know what I'm doing regards the suspension, lowered 9 clios in my time. Couldn't undo the top mount though as it was too tight.
Turns put whilst trying top undo it I had spun the tophat ontop of the shock assembly. This had unseated the spring. Breakdown guy couldnt get the topmount loose...
Just went to drive the car, the spring has somehow twisted round in the shock and is not sitting out of place. Makes a horrible nosie when turning and is obviosuly wrong.
Possibly done by me trying to get the shock out earlier, but not sure how. Got breakdown assistance coming out now, but not...
