I've got it in my room, it is pretty good but not as good as sky in my opinion. The TV guide etc takes too long to load most of the time!

complain to them. Take some pics showing the problem and try to get them to either send more of foot the bill. Not fit for purpose comes into mind, definately worth trying.

They have already been run on a car for about 1k miles, so I don't reckon they will go much lower, but I'm really happy with them. Was gonna get the tracking done when I get 2 new tyres on tomorrow afternoon, will it make any difference to it leaving it longer even though the springs are...

Yeah I'm going at 1.30 to get them to crack them off so i can do it all at home. Gonna do the backs now though, so just the fronts to do this afternoon.

Yeah tried everything mate. If you look at my other thread about the spring not being seated properly, thats the effect of my trying earlier today! Just need the garage to crack both the top mounts off, then tighten then enough for me to drive 200 yards home, so I can take it all to bits!

You mean try and crack off the top mount without using an allen key to begin with? This doesnt work, the shock spins as soon as the nut it moved.

Not bad at all! I need an impact driver to get it cracked off, not budging by hand on this one!

^ lol! I snapped 1 allen key, twisted another so I was all out! Just had a breakdown guy out, he snapped a snap-on allen key socket bit!!

I know what I'm doing regards the suspension, lowered 9 clios in my time. Couldn't undo the top mount though as it was too tight. Turns put whilst trying top undo it I had spun the tophat ontop of the shock assembly. This had unseated the spring. Breakdown guy couldnt get the topmount loose...

Just went to drive the car, the spring has somehow twisted round in the shock and is not sitting out of place. Makes a horrible nosie when turning and is obviosuly wrong. Possibly done by me trying to get the shock out earlier, but not sure how. Got breakdown assistance coming out now, but not...

Hmm, I'll drop it down again then and see if that works. If not then I'll get a garage to crack it off tomorrow hopefully.
