Re: FRP #160/500
I always urge anyone who hasn't had a good shot it in one to do so. Sadly the presumption that's it's just a Puma (no bad thing) doesn't do it any favours as imo it's so so much more.
Indeed mate. Would be great to see what you think of it!
As much as Tough Coat is great my new favourite product has to be Gtechniq C2V3. So cheap. So easy to use and literally throws water off the car dirty or not.
Tough Coat is more a simple spray sealant hence there being 5 different versions of it.
This new C2 is impressing so much because it...
Re: FRP #160/500
They never slated any of the cars in the test. The 3 were brilliant but every mag including this one...
I think you underestimate how the Frp handles and grips granted Pembrey is a bloody tight track.
If the Frp have been 15-17k or something on release opposed to 24k I...
Re: FRP #160/500
Details. Erm i'm the 4th owner although the last guy didn't have it long. He bought it to use as a Toy but never got the chance really.
90k miles. 20,000 less than the one I sold and half the price. Masses of history with it and some parts that came with the car that would...
Re: FRP #160/500
Erm it isn't rusty, it's not built by drunk men at Ford and it had no archgap. :(
Great cars, infact brilliant cars, but like I said in the other thread, the 2 of them were sat side by side when I bought the Frp, the Trophy was immaculate and I never even gave it a second...
Re: FRP #160/500
Haha! You have a Cortina fetish how the hell do you not understand my madness!
Indeed mate. Paintwork needs a lot of work (from my standards) but it was the whole point of buying one cheap that had had proper mechanical work done. For eg 2x front calipers at £600 fitted...
Déjà vu innit?
Anyway last year I decided in my wisdom to sell the best car I have owned... http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?642965-Ford-Racing-Puma-467-%A35500
In hindsight it was still the right decision as they were at their height price wise before slumping a tad...
It's actually a Ford part and I understand Quaife made a lot of Ford ones in the past but it's a 909 part which means it was built for this car. A S2 Escort RST one can fir with machining work.
Lols. I'm not like I used to be. Had too much on the past week mate, too many fingers too many pies!
The difference will Alex is he is paid in a lot of cases to take these pictures opposed to taking pictures and hope to make money off them.
The Veyron is special. Subtle colouring works so so well with it.
Indeed mate. I have all receipts from when it was first purchased (The plate has been on since it was registered) she had many complaints about the car. It was hand built at the end of the day and i'm not sure she expected it to look handbuilt. :o
£24500 she paid for the car plus a T1 cobra...
