Its the manurfactured date and age of engine which relates to the plate.

Forget filter and stuff your taking good cams head work and manifold redesign (talk to benR at Angelworks he's doing some development work) or individual throttle bodies maybe.

Try prove its a new car with evidence from Renault and you can have a new numberplate. DVLA want evidence of age whatever it is so you donn't get a plate later than what you deserve as such.

You don't connect the second sensor if you've 172 so you don't get any problems.

Well the ECU has a twin stage warning light the coolent temp light comes on at different temps depending on the speed if your isn't set up right you are likly to be getting the light as the car doesn't know the speed your doing I won't mention what speed it is on the forum for your sake.

220hp the bits exist for that level. (super 1600 race spec) There supercharger and turbo kits which have made over 200hp. How much have you to spend I recon 300hp can be done without turbos.
