I'd chnage oil ever 6k or 6 months whichevers sooner and serice ever 12k or 1 year whatevers sooner. I'd also do more detailed servicing and checking of parts every 6k/6months idealy.
60k or 4 year for cambelt and 2 years/30k for the aux belt.
ECU's are the same so doens't matter. To many bits to swop engine swops the best idea but to much effort realy.
1.1~ 1.15 bar on the 65 about 0.1 bar higher on the 80.
Safe level of boost is a bit of a querable area 1.5 bar of boost might not get you any more potential power infact most...
Do you want big brakes like the ktec big brakes kit ? I don't rate the ktec kit very hightly stock or sotck disks and Ds2500 are more than you'd ever realy need.
The parts CD is known as the dialogues its out of date the version on ebay which is old etc doens't include for the 182. Then again the cars are the same realy and its not much use won't tell you what you can swop.
The metal key bit does special order part.
They can be made up by an good lockcutter though as the blanks arn't special order just the precut ones.
You'd need to knpow what exact issue they are having to sort it out.
They won't fail unless its a manurfacturing defect.
There designed to last forever under normal conditions the fatigure rating and wear would be way to low for it even to be an issue maybe 5 million miles the'y fail but its difficult to prove.
If it has ABs it won't if it doesn't have ABS it will. I'm sure your car has one
You cannot miss it its a spring loaded sensor like thingie on the rear axle.
If you havn't adjusted it the rear would lock up.
Nope VT is active between 1.6 and 5.5k or so under set conditios the kick is just the cams being suddenly efficient.
The problem sounds like a faulty tensioner or the AUX belt needs changing.
Rust is the isseu they rust on the rear arches on the tailgate and doors at the bottom and under the sills etc.
Oil pressure yep need to check it goes up with revs and is a decient level and goes down as engine gets hot. Idle say 1 bar when warm and 3bar when warm driving at a decient speed...
Depedns how you drive and what you accept I chnaged mine at 70 but realy it was worn by 50k.

That ius the Renault rule I'd service it way more after all the servicing requitrments were just what warently allowed them to do idealy more servicing is essential.
£1 a liter at the moment almost for fuel
Norfolk line do cheap ferry crossings £54 if you go wierd times.
I'd just go tenting as well for a night for the hastle its only cheap.
Laps arn't cheap £12 or so each if you buy a 15 lap ticket.
Keep your speed down on the way there police...
Bleeding the fluid makes a huge difference particuly on 182s as this is what suffers when the brakes cannot cool due to the wheel design.
Most 182's problems can be fixed by new fluid and just checking the pads for excess heat.
