id try ringing them to start with, unless your actually driving the actuator will always be pulling the wastegate closed. plus the actuator wouldnt cause a missfire evenif the pipe work to it has a leak.
when did it start, when does it do it?
dont do it, leave the car alone for a few months then come back to it and see how you feel. ill chuck mine back together when the sc unit is back and you can see how it can all be ok, u worry too much about it.
news to me, id of let you take it out if i knew. ok quick question, then ill leave the thread to run, if your new build only comes out with 290 bhp will you be happy with it?
thats very true but if that were the case you wouldnt drive from swindon to tewks to waste some money on seeing what it does on a dyno if you didnt care what hp it makes ;)
but then mines ran at 3 including powerstation and got very close reading so i could say powerstation cant be wrong? yours did wheel spin if you went back with dry typres itll probably read very close
your car was wheel spinning at powerstation? even 18bhp is close enough considering there just estimates. thought this was going to be some high spec super build thats all not the normal off the shelf high boost sc setup.
right so nothing special above the normal higher boost. never had a prob with the fly guestimate at powerstation, my cars been on 3 different ones now and has run within 4bhp on each one
It's part of the oil breather setup, but now with boost it pressurises the rocker cover, I sealed mine and did 150+ miles at mallory with no sign of oil blowing out the back. It can still vent via the catch tank if it starts getting blow by
