Take the plug off each rear light and look for corrosion on the pins/plug terminal. Get some wd40 or proper electrical cleaned on the job and give them a dose of that. Other than that it could be the earth points that are near the rear light unit. May need to remove them and clean them up.

@M.C.. I may have a solution to the bsp sender thread. Will report back when I've done a bit more investigation!! The guy at spa did say they'd asked Gems to make the oil pressure sender unit with a 1/8npt thread in the future, so this may well be another option. :up:

Yeah piece of piss mate. The passenger side shaft is oil side, so you'll have to drop the gear oil out to change that one. Diff bearings aren't so easy. Could even be a bearing inside the box tbh. Only way to find them is rip the box out and pull it apart I'm afraid.

Check your driveshafts for up and down movement. Could be them that are goosed and moving around (gearbox end). Could be wheel bearings, could be diff bearings. I can hear the noise your on about mate.
