No mate. 182 diff is bolted in rather than relying on the circlip that can fail, so the 182 diff is the more reliable option.

Little bit more done over the weekend. It's a real case of slowly slowly catchy monkey currently as I'm only getting an hour or so at a time. What your looking at here is the loom for the alternator charging signal, oil pressure switch, oil level sensor, air temp sensor and the knock sensor...

Gearbox has to be removed as well mate. The bolts that hold the casing halves together are in the bell housing.

£350-£400 ish I think. A lot depends on how much needs replacing.

Yeah that's fair enough mate. It's much of a muchness tbh in terms of performance between the quiafe and the gripper if using them in road biased cars. The gripper obviously comes into its own for track/race use as you can get the ramp angles set to make it more aggressive on the exit of turns...

I'm pretty sure you'll need a cam phase sensor to run fully sequential ignition mate.

Measure the distance from the back of the seat mate not from the collar bone. You may well find that its 500mm or less, so in this case you don't need them to x over. I've never seen them crossed when a harness bar has been used in that position tbh.
