I've not had any problems (other than occasional network outages) with T-Mobile. When my 3G Datacard had an issue, someone called me within a half hour to talk me through the problem before deciding it was a driver issue, they sent me a beta to test and a week later it was an official release...
I'm considering using a velcro system, because my next set of road plates will be changed for shows for a set of pressed metal black/silver set just with "RS 182" on them. Only downside is how long velcro stuff will last sticking to both surfaces!
I'll be sure to photograph and document the entire process for you - I find the Megs stuff great to work with but I'm not too fussed with the Show Car Glaze - you had any experience of it? And what sort of working in should I use with it?
Dab it on to soak the adhesive, keep on dabbing it on keeping it moist for a good minute or two, then give it a rub - that should shift it. Just rubbing at it with a cloth with it on will be as effective as rubbing it with water.
Tar and Bug remover/Tar and Adhesive remover - all the usual candidates for nasty grime - even down to a brisk wipe with a gentle wheel cleaner as you can polish it out again afterwards and it's a hidden area.
That sounds similar to mine - the c**t drilled two holes in my bedroom wall for the coax and pushed them through - OK, fair cop it I'm getting it for free. Any idea though why it had to be 3.5ft off the floor?!
I'd set aside a Saturday/Sunday (pretty much whole day) and wash it using Meguiar's Gold Class, dry it, clay it with Meguiar's Quik Clay (this is infinitely worth it in itself) and then give it another rinse, dry, and get some Meguiar's Three Stage on there - for doing a car once every so often...
I'm not awake enough for maths yet, but even if it is then it's worth it - because sat next to a not so pampered one, mine will be the one that's sold when the inevitable time comes ;)
But I can also use it on my other car, bike and the family's motors.
Don't ask - and there's a PC and transformer etc on top of that!
My bank says around £750 on all of it this month - bugger!!! Lots of it is doubled up, pads and cloths etc.
And that's just the start of it!
Nah, that's about it - I'm just building up an arsenal of tools to attack mine and my families cars, mine needs the lighter stuff but the other cars are neglected... They need care!
Sorry for the pointless post - in an attempt to recover it - anyone else care...
My neighbour complained every other day that I got her drive wet when I was washing my car. After two weeks I'd had enough and nearly burnt through a set of Conti PremiumContacts that I had on my steel wheels for my Smart. She nearly had a heart attack!
Of any Clio, yes - particularly a pair of basemodel Mk1s (in the nicest way possible)
I think there'd be a queue of people if it was something exotic though!
Updated SATA (AHCI and RAID support) drivers in SP2 means instead of crashing it tells you it can't find controllers... AFAIK. I may be wrong but that's my experience, I've installed XP SP1 on my machine with X1900s in before!
Nothing at all to do with the PCI-E card - you can install Win98 on a machine with PCI-E card, it just doesn't use the functionality.
The problem he had, and consequently managed to get around, was because he has an SATA drive configured natively rather than in compatible mode. As such you...
I didn't imply you were, just that you'd be a mug to buy them. And where do you think Brembo etc make their parts? On a rooftop? Nope, production line.
Get the proper kit, or you'll only be moaning when you stuff it because they've failed.
It's illegal and police and various insurance companies DO trawl these sites looking for this stuff.
Come clean, if you're having to ask NOW about tax and insurance you really shouldn't have done the engine conversion.
Yup. Couple that with the fact you can write off a V6 in a light front ender and there's the main reason they're so expensive - because I suspect most 172/182 accidents occur trying to get tripod mode on country lanes...
!?!?! LOL!!!1111! INit bainting...
Yes it is, but comparing a modified car's insurance and a standard car's insurance is the wrong way about it - get the quotes for standard cars, then you're on even terms to start messing about.
I'd still rather the frog than the Spaniard - at least the...
I dunno, I could have a 180bhp 2.0T S60 for £30 less per month insurance - but then that'd be boring. Plus the Seats aren't all that - the Clio is a long way quicker than the std Ibiza.
Plus, if you've been living on Fleet insurance without getting any NCB, you've been living a dream - you...
