you can get a daylight only mot where you dont need headlights, ive seen a formula car converted, that just had indicators. you'll get given a V32 that says its for daytime use only.
You didnt leave enough stopping distance, if you had you woundn't have had a crash! I did a very similar thing (and am still suffering insurance hell), learn from it - leave a bigger gap.

Its the RPM at which runner length, manifold design, cam timing etc all add up to produce the best volumetric efficiency. Some engines have a variable runner length so this can be achieved over a wider engine speed range.
You can buy a new one but they are rarely in stock.
2nd hand will be unlocking and a map buying. Firmware 1.78 is the one to go for if you can find one, 1.70 and above can be updated, below 1.70 can't be updated.
Rich - Im not sure there the right pads no, they had to order them in. They just say renault on the box, the packing plate is the right size/shape though. (I'll just steal yours as your Vtecing JDM yo all over the place ;))
The piston is all the way back in, it goes in then just turns - doesnt...
Got some no name rear pads from halfords for my 182. Tried to fit them yesterday, with the piston fully wound back there is not enough room for them, like there is too much braking material. There is also no nipple to locate into the piston, will this matter?

Its just 4 10mm bolts then hooked onto the sub frame. If its at standard height you might be able to get to them without lifting the car, the rear two will be a bit tricky though.
Are you guys running with the AI on ledgendary? I did Barain on one down from that and it was far to easy, qualified in 2nd in a Lotus!

Fitted a new driveshaft tonight but the ABS ring was different, thinner so the sensor can only "see" half of the ring (everything else is fine). This thows up the ABS light and disables the ABS. I've heard that this will adjust the bias to 50:50 but it doesnt appear that way, the fronts lock way...
