Why don´t you get a specialist from here have a look at the car? afterwards you can decide if you get it done or sell/bin it. Clios aren´t bad cars but they don´t have the build quality of a BMW, Porsche whatever...

Yeah, could be a resulting error. Depends on the exact error code.

Lambda would make sense. Mixture regulation is only activated until 4.8k rpm. Everything above runs open loop afaik. You could swap the Lambdas and check if this cures the problem! Otherwise the fault would/could be ignition related.

Contact Wests Renault in the trader section, he´ll sort you out. Better get some new rear discs with bearings, lack of spacer may f**ked your bearing.
