    1.2 Engine Change To 1.6 ???

1.6 conversion is bit easier. No hassle with the subframe and associated stuff. But ECU, UCH, looms needed aswell.

    ph1 non sport

Looks good! I hope it´s a 1.4 16v otherwise change the bullets. You may add dualoptics, would improve the front end a bit more.

    Compression

Timing out? Damaged valve, piston(-rings) could be possible faults. A leakdown test may help or scope the cylinder.

    What power should i expect?

I know of a 182 with headwork, matched inlets and schricks that did 201hp.

    lumpy running!

You should get a remap with the 182 manifold! Will sort the cold start issues aswell!

O.E Renault parts or Euro Car Parts (or similar)??

NK does the rear discs incl. bearing and abs-ring aswell. I paid about 70 quid for them.

    coilovers

You have a limited choice, due to the 60mm bracket. Have a look for ASTs.

    What wing mirrors are what?

Passenger side is an old mk2 ph1 mirror, drivers side is a ph2 (later ph1) mirror.

The 172 that isnt a sheep......

One of your gearbox mount bolts is fitted the wrong way. Bolt from the bottom, nut on top. ;) Nice clio! <3 the rear bumper!
  24. mr.pink87

    Worst Modification?

So you prefer a nasty rusty caliper over a nicely black/silver painted one? ;)
  25. mr.pink87

Heres a strange one... (Cruise control on a 182)

Rear light connectors are a weak point on clios. Check them before you start changing parts!
  26. mr.pink87

    New suspension setup?

H&R coilovers are also in a clubsport version available. Setting a coilover up is more than just playing with the damping, so fully adjustables have the disadvantage that you can also make things worse as a suspension "rookie".

    Spark plugs for 1.2 16V

Your nearest Renault dealer can get you the right ones. They are not that expensive, but you need a special spark plug nut (14mm). You also may ask Wests Renault here, he´ll be able to sort you out.

Squeaky breaks, what could be the cause?

The friction material on the pad is like a block which means the section where the pad meets the disc is 90° to the width of the pad. Now you file a 45° phase on this edge. Shall i draw something in paint?

    New suspension setup?
