Clubsports have a modified damping and different spring rates (adjusted for the ´Ring). But they also have hillclimb, GP and slalom race setups available:

H&R coilovers are also in a clubsport version available. Setting a coilover up is more than just playing with the damping, so fully adjustables have the disadvantage that you can also make things worse as a suspension "rookie".
Your nearest Renault dealer can get you the right ones. They are not that expensive, but you need a special spark plug nut (14mm). You also may ask Wests Renault here, he´ll be able to sort you out.
