EPAS rack. But you leave the electric stuff alone and use it with your column (EPAS motor is on the column in the non sports). If you use a non PAS rack you´d have more turns lock to lock.

Paid about 50quid for a reconditioned rack on ebay. But you need to reuse your 182 steering rods as you´ll get too much to out with the non sport rods.

1.2/dci rack and some nice r5 brackets and you can even keep your standard alternator mate! Cheaper than the whole cup setup shizzle. By the way, what wheels are you running, they look good!
I think you only need to block the pipe that runs to the plenum (avoiding air leaks). The pipe from the tank to the cannister can stay open as the tank needs to vent when filling up or the fuel expanding due to warm weather. And you need to keep the solenoid plugged in or replace it with a...
For camber and toe settings you´ll need a proper wheel alignment (done at a trusted garage). But you should adjust the ride height before by adjusting the lower spring platform.
I paid about 300 quid for new syncros, bearings, resealing and some other bits including labour @ Agency Transmission. They should be able to sort you out regarding rebuilding kits or you ask your local Renault dealer?
AFAIK it´s not only a different bolt-hole-distance but also a differnt bracket width. Should be adaptable in some kind of way, but if you invest a bit more money you can get H&Rs for example which are great!
