No you have 3 choice of route-
1 - Megs 83 and 80
2 - Poorboys SSR 2.5, 2 and 1 or
3 - Menzerna Intensive Polish and Final Finish
Of course you could mix and match the above say use Poorboys SSR 2.5 then use the Menzerna Final Finish
To remove the swirls look into some decent polishes to use.

Those rotary holograms are shocking, no surprise as most bodyshop's do a s**t job with them. Chances are if you take it back they won't be able to do that bit any better.
You wont know re the colour change until you remove them, may be none, or maybe some fading. If there is the basecoat colour will have faded under the clearcoat most probably so not alot you can do to fix it - bar a repaint
The main key issues in to looking after a black car are a safe wash technique.
Two Bucket Method, decent shampoo and Lambswool wash mitt. How you dry the car also matters lots. Microfiber drying towels are a must. I have recently got an Aquagleam water filters so I don't have to dry the car at...
People still lie to you on the phone though. No marks and dents etc, get there and it is a different matter. To many chancers or people with very different standards.
So many variables in the plastic parts using different primers etc, main issue like others have said painted at different times not with the car, in the case some manufacturers not even in the same factories.
