You would not want to hit it with IP/SSR 2.5/83 on a cutting pad more than once a year though. Something like VM Glaze on a finishing pad could be done every week if you wanted though.

Paintless dent removal company should be able to get it out.

Alan 2 hours on a bonnet, not mine though - the car in question is new to the owner but has been abused to hell.

You need to cut the black US two pin plug off and change it for a plastic yellow 110v one.

IP and a cutting pad, think I may need a Rotary, Powergloss, and some wool pads to do the whole car lol!

I spent 2 hours on a bonnet last night - was swirled to hell.

If the egg was thrown at the paintwork unfortunatley the shell creates very fine deep marks on impact and in most cases it needs a repaint as they don't polish out.

Just Autoglym Vinyl and Rubber sprayed on rather liberally, took ages to dry though! Looks great when used at shows etc and left just to dry, shame it does not last long in day to day use.

Normal tape has always worked fine for me, only problem it can leave white adhesive residue where it's edges have been if left on too long. You should be able to do the Polishing stage in a day, but if you give yourself 2 you can guarantee enough time to be able to wash,clay,polish and seal it...

I use them. Quick spritz of QD first and they seem fine.
