Dont think it needs a tyre pressure gauge, it sounds like they have spilt something on the tryes/brakes and its causing traction problems. Buy some gunk (Grease/oil remover) and give the tyres a once over (Not sure if its ok on brakes).

It has many output sockets for various peripherals you may want to use in association with the headunit. Examples of these would be play stations, x box, game cube, rear view cameras, etc.
