What was the ground conditions like? Being a RWD in damp/wet conditions would have been a massive advantage to your FWD, could have just been a sloppy get away, have you changed fuels (Like running it on 95ron rather than 98) or maybe the first time he got a sh*t get away.
Try a 3rd run and...
Speakers will cope fine as long as you dont max then volume. Changing them is a right pain in the hoop, so unless you got time, leave the std ones unless you plan to upgrade the whole lot at a later date.

Any if you get a sony, or kenwood...
Like others have said, glad no one was hurt physically. And at least they caught the b******s, not like normal where the police kinda have to say there isnt a lot they can do.
Defo get some autotrader and forecourt prices for the car so when the insurance try to f**ck you over you can tell...

Bad news again mate! Thats the final straw, this time id get rid mate. They have had more than enough chances to sort it out
Just got an update with his injuries so far.
Fractured skull, broken neck, punctured lung, broken pelvis and both legs broken as above.
He went in for an minimum 8hr op at about 2pm and his family are in a right mess. So remember, its not just your life you might be ruining, think of the...
I would say search, but it doesnt work at the moment. Very common aparantly and is caused by loose top mounts. Im sure someone will tell you all about it, cant be specific as i havent had it
My GFs Uncle (both 24 and best friends) was involved in a horrific RTA last night. Driver was speeding in poor conditions and he was in the back, hes now in intensive care with a broken neck, broken pelvis, both legs are shattered (With bones breaking the skin) and a some internal injuries...
If your after decent tyres, slap these on next. Got them on wednesday, and seem to have a huge amount more grip than the contis. On a local road in the middle of nowhere, the contis on the back seem to breakaway before the michs on the front(Odd, and i tried it a couple of times to make sure it...
Is it a williams with a big kit on? If so it lives on my estate and its an autodesign(iirc) sticker in the window. Little over the top for me, but im going to slap a flyer on there over the weekend!
Luckily as were on the M4 we can do a few meets, like the london and swindon meets.
Would...
The mk2 172 lasted about 2 years before it was upgraded to the 182. The 182 is 8 months old roughly and the new gen RS isnt out until 03/06, so if it is updated youve probably got until summer next year before the next revision (Nothing massive maybe a face lift or a few tweeks) if they do one
Imagine the arse ache trying to explain to the insurance company that your factory 182 has all these extra perfomance parts as standard, not stuck on afterwards
About right, even with a good going at i cant get it below 30mpg. Im sure it will drop below 29mpg on a track, but then you shouldnt be driving like that on a road.
Seems to be the best cat ive owned, returning over 40mpg below 85 on a motorway and 30 with a hammering and returning over 300...
Should all be covered under warranty, even the squeeky seat. Mine squeeks, im to lazy to get it sorted though, so i just turn the volume up (It also covers up the rattles handily)
The best you can do it embarass the Gareth Cheeseman, travelling salesmen in their company BMWs (Although not always, keep an eye open for audi and VWs trying to muscle in). They sit there thinking they are the dogs, right up until you fill their car full of dust as you disappear into the distance.
182cup is so tempting with a few options. The bugger is knowing that within 6 months or so, the next gen 192/202 or whatever the hell there going to call it will be released. You cant win with Renault.
Plus, this cup will have ABS as its EU law
You could always just move it to his car. Same conditions, same equipment and a definitive answer as to whos is better. Only on private ground though.....;)
Yup, very often. But sensibly though, never on busy roads, housing estates, near schools or shops etc. Always up to just before the change light comes on, and only when warm.
