nope, i put them in as my fog light blanking plates fell out so thought id take the oppertunity to put fogs in...they arent even connected.

lol yup and yup thanks to 16v_jon for the fog mounting brackets ive struggled so long to get, has meant ive finally been able to put them in. thought id do them as id got to take the bumper of today to replace my broken headlight :(

182s have no spare wheel well where as 172s do to the best of my knowlege. not really sure its possible to put a 182 look alike exhaust on...although were theres a will theres a way

you might need to remove the dash top...or if your lucky you might just be able to remove the radio and reach up but that is purely a guess. http://www.fubarnet.com/dashboard.html thats a guide for mk2 ph1 dash removal but ph2 is very similar

if you have axle stands might be worth sticking the car on them to improve access (if youve lowered your car substantially that is)

dont see a prob myself (although i have only just got up) as long as there is a good solid connection to the bodywork itll be fine. not sure if there is a main earth bolt on the clio i havent really looked but on my old 206 behind the carpet at the left hand side of the boot there was a bolt...
