The 2.5 is not really aggressive, but does give a reasonable amount of cut when used on a light cut pad. I use it at speed 6 when working it on either of the SFX pads.
I would try SSR 2 on a polishing pad first, if that is not working step up to 2.5 on a polsihing pad. If still not try SSR 2 on...
No point uisng the Megs NXT Wax before the Autoglym.
In the same token AG Extra Gloss Protection wont bond to the AG Ultra Deep shine
Most of those steps will counter act each other.
Best of washing, polishing with AG Super Resin and then a couple of coats of AG Extra Gloss Protection.
To...
Enjoy - once you have Mac you never go back ;)
What do you want use it for re the sotfware.
Most things are catered for in a basic form with the applications that ship with the OS.
The main problem with T-Cut is it tends to adds lots of very fine swirl marks into the paint while it attends to any major paint issues - it is a fairly harsh old fashioned type abbrassive and hard to work by hand. Maybe worth looking at the paint under bright forecourt type lights.
T Cut...
Will take more than one product.
Need to do a whole process the get the best out of you paint/
Wash and Clay to remove grime.
Polish to create gloss, shine and depth while correcting paint defects
Seal to protect the paintwork from elements and lock in the shine
Wax to further protect and...
If you nail catches in the marks it is a good rule of thumb that it wont polish out.
If the above is not the case they should polish out - T Cut is not ideal I would look into something like Meguiars Scratch X. Go easy as the laquer on wheels is never as thick as it is on bodywork.
Reading the description it sounds very much like the CG Pro Detailer + Carnauba 32oz, which can be purchased in a bigger size for a couple of extra pounds.

Works ok and gives a good finish, but I do find it a little streaky at times on Black.
The CG's Anti Static nature works to some extent. My car was alot more dust free going to the FCS last year with it as the last coat than it was on the way back just wearing a fresh coat of carnuba wax.
Sonax ( still ;) )
Chemical Guys Wash'n'wax
Duragloss Wash
Are my current faves on the 182. Though I am using Swissol Car Bath on it at the moment, not that impressed with the suds wise, but leaves a very good finish over the Best od Show wax on there.
In bulk use on the daily drive etc...
How much soap and water where you using?
2 or 3 capfulls in a 500ml spray bottle seems to work better than QD for me.
If you want a QD to us with clay gets something like Meguiars Last Touch which you can water down 50/50 with water. Most of the traders sell it, and it is good value at...
Beading is used as an indication there is some protection on the paint. It is not always a good think as if water bead but not run and sheet off aswell it can lead to water spotting if the sun comes out on cheap waxes and sealants.
You must also remember perfectly polished unprotected paint...
You dont make anymore sense than you dad. You talking about spending 30 mins polishing and then compare it to a wax?
You guys know the differnce between polishes, waxes and sealants ?
Is this a Polish or a Wax or a combination of both? This would easily be shown by posting the...
