Its a rotary polisher so will work very well with proper pads and some decent polish, use with care though - as you can do more harm than good with one.

The EGP is applied with a foam hand pad aswell. I use the SRP a panel at at time and remove. The EGP needs to cure on the car, so I apply it to all the panels, leave it 45 - 60 mins and then remove.

I would go for the 30D aswell, as said when changing lens, getting some dust on the sensor is going to happen how ever carefull you are.
