    Re: someph-ing different........... ^no chance on gods earth! get new ones, you'll struggle getting the stud out the cam without causing damage, a new stud and nut is under £5

    just by hand nipped + 1/4 turn, even using the correct torque they can rip out!

    Re: someph-ing different........... you got all the tools? don't forget to order new cam seals for the top end (comes as a kit from renault, complete with new VVT pulley bolt and seal, plus you'll need to order exhaust cam stud and nut

    if its burning excessive oil have a look at the rear screen after a blast, sounds daft, but it gets coated in an oil residue black smoke is overfueling

    IMO no, as i take the view that renault spent a fair few quid on designing the car and they designed the engine mounts to do what they do for a reason (insert your jokes/moans/whinges here) if the engine was meant to move less, they would've done that in the first place a good condition set...

    option 3 Fred (lovely bloke, runs a compnay called BTM Performance) is next to Birmingham airport and will do the rear discs and pads for £188.14 inc vat FITTED

    i "think" there's a special offer on with free pads too at the moment, but that may only be if you have them fitted also

    lots of opinions, they're just shims to stop the oe pads rattling about, bad idea using them with a race pad

    i'm 99.9% sure ALL 182's, cup/non cup/trophy etc ALL run ET45 offsets
