2 different ways of doing it, but if you don't cut it it also saves you £22 on then having to buy the clamp to put it back together again! you can do it on the floor also, i just hate cutting them, especially when a new system from renault is nigh on £600!

just to the right of the dipstick is the engine number (i think, i haven't really ever looked for it!)

that reg isn't coming up on the renault system so its more than likely an import (will have no alarm or an after market unit) get me the chassis number and i can tell you more, it starts VF1C

are you setting them hot or cold? depends how accurate you're talking, you'll be to the nearest psi, ie 32 or 33 or whatever we were to tenths of psi (not on clios BTW, slightly more expensive toys)
