yeah 5L is all you need really, but as maynard says it wouldn't hurt to keep a 1L bottle as a top up, the F4R can use a bit of oil depending on which way the moon is pointing ;)
aux belt KIT should always be fitted IMO, but that's just me, do it all at once or don't bother, the amount of noisy/knackered aux belt idlers i see is ridiculous!
i believe kam racing do the 428's for around £530, then you have fitting and mapping (plus cambelt change), BUT the car i'm on about (172cup) did have a few extras such as match manifolds and 182 manifold, on a normal car mid 180's would be the norm IMO
main factory is next to the M40 at banbury (you can see it from the motorway, on your right as you go southbound)
the test site is in warwick (well its nearer solihull) just off junction 5 M42
