For a one of use maybe ok!, should shift any major grime. BUT - Will dull the paint on the wheels in a big way, so you will need to polish them after. I dont like acid based wheel cleaners at all, and would rather use something more paint freindly.

Does the silly light steering get heavier after an hour ? ;) You having owned a 182 and 172 I value your opinion, just felt a little boring and sterile for me IMHO. Lost the 1*2's 205 GTi esque feel for me. Would own one as a daily drive alongside my 182 but not in place of.

Autoglym or Einzett Glass polishes on the outside. Interior Glass, any decent glass spray and a couple of microfiber cloths.

Very nice - Paintwork is looking sweet, nice gloss. A bit of Super Resin on those wheels and get some tyre dressing on her too will finish it off ;)

I have a few products that have seperated and gone weird, which I just chuck. Mostly Meguiars products infact. Like said you shake and shake them but they won't go back together. 3 months seems a short period of time I have a fair few products here I have had for a 2 or 3 years at least.

Look at the texture in the paint, known as orange peel

VAG paint seems to have a lot less ornage peel in it than the Renault finsih, which is finished akin to most cars of the same price bracket, the 182 finsih is akin to the Peugeots and Vauxhalls I owned before. You pay more money for a VW so the quality should be better. I look after a Black R32...

I did some side by side tests of Zymol Carbon (£40 quid) vs CG 50/50 (half the price of the Zymol) and looks wise they looked almost identical. I have some also have some Zymol Titanium and a pot of Concours here that I have not yet tried which is a 160 odd quid if you buy the full sized pot...
