For winter I would go with EGP x 2 and 16 X 2. Save the P21s for summer. Car will look great with either.
16 apply with foam hand pad, and remove with a Microfiber.
I would apply EGP, leave for an hour, remove. Wait 12 hours, apply another coat of EGP, leave for an hour and remove. Wait 12...
#16 will out last the xxx and P21s.
P21s looks great on Silver though.
The Blitz spray sealant is well regarded, and easier to use than the EGP, but not seen any tests showing it last a british winter as yet. I am tempted to get some to try next time I do a CG order.
No real reason to do Klasse AIO and then a coat of SRP, both do the same thing though the SRP has more polishing ability.
Ideally EGP needs 12 to 24 hours between layers but if you dont have the time then straight over the top as you planned.
SRP and EGP work well on wheels.

SRP works really well by PC. Depending on how much cut you want to give it either use on a polishing or finishing pad. It wont be a true glaze due to the nature of the product (SRP is a chamical paint cleaner and mild polish) but will follow up the sonus polishes nicely on a finishing pad.
I wipe mine over with Glass cleaner spray as I do the glass, turns the cloth black but looks good after!
You can use vinyl dressing on them if your well keen but may streak down the screen in the rain.
Close one there - I am really paranoid at pumps in my 306 after my old chap decided his derv van needed some unleaded! Never a problem with the 182 as it only ever gets Optimax.
Low miles don't mean short trips in all cases, mine is low mileage but always does decent runs when used. Also is making good power according to last weeks r/road run.
I tend to try and not use anything stronger than Autogylm Clean Wheels. Even then I would not like to use it more than. (I dont like acid based cleaners) Lots on here recommend fairy power spray. Hit them with something hard, ONCE and then polish and seal them and all you will need is soap and...
They are silly expensive at times - my 300mm IS f4L Prime cost nearly twice as much as the body, but I love it, as I do with the 70-200L. Both are so sharp and focus so fast. I am going to add another one to the collection after Xmas in the form of a 17-40 L and then start saving up for a better...
With Roy on this one the 182 seems to have bucket loads of grip in the wet, very very easy to push on in the wet, I am able to drive much quicker than my old 205 or 309 GTi, but knowing what they where like when you did get carried away and what happens when the grip is broken and your talent...
