those rear discs prices will be for blank discs, without the bearings and ABS rings, DO NOT EVEN THINK about reusing your existing rear bearings!
i'm shocked Unipart are asking what calliper it is, there's only 1 type for the RS clios, and its the same one thats been used for 9years (on the...
the AST rears on the 172/182's are 95% perfect, the fronts however are the issue
overall they're about 75% "there" could be perfect but not quite there yet, more R&D required in my (and others) opinion
you've got fluid issues/fiting issues there by the sound of it, initial bite of the blues isn't anywhere near as "headbutt the windscreen" as the PF97's, but they are IMO the 2nd best performing pad out there
i won't go into a dick slinging match and say what matt or myself does (matt's better than me! ;)), but there is no way you can get 230bhp out of an F4R with grpN cams, throttle bodies, headwork and an ecu, thats 100% sub 220 area,
the most i've ever seen out of an F4R on a stock NA bottom end...
the block isn't what will control the compression ratio in this instance, i would imagine the blocks to be the same and the comp ratio differences being in the pistons and head, but thats just a guess, only way to tell for sure is to pull both apart and measure everything
230bhp on stock cams (allbeit catcam grpN variants)
i think barron's with them does 215 give or take (stock bottom end)
you won't hit 230 without high comp pistons and some lairy cams IMO
Hex refers to the head of the bolt (hex = normal)
fixed/loose refers to the angled bit (the seat) doesn't matter too much, fixed is better IMO
measure the length of your existing wheel bolts and then add on the extra you need
