you won't find better quality, fully TIG welded, the others are MIG as far as i know (miltek definitely is, and i would imagine the KTR janspeed is too) = cheaper

that's too tight for top mounts, you literally do them up using a socket and a ratchet by hand until they stop, you'll feel resistance from the spring, anymore than that and YOU WILL knock the spring out of its top plate = banging and knocking
