    NEVER EVER EVER jack them on the sills, VERY common problem, always the chassis rails! thats the box section bit under the car

    that was about 3years ago LOL, still had the 1.2 engine then! only needed a front bumper believe it or not! gained a few scratches too, hence why its off being resprayed (ok 3years on!!)

    We used wossner on the F4R, they were the 12.5:1 IIRC pistons, worked very well, but it did like its oil though!!

LOL kinked to f**k, it had a kink in both rear corners when it was new, but i got nowhere with Renault, just lived with it, since it was dropped on its arse its got worse, but its been abused round track etc and had the odd off too ;) (oops, dam that black...

    do you know how much an autoclave that big would cost??? i've just fitted a steamline 2 piece splitter to a 172, and having dabbled in composting (i was trained by Paul Hamlin formerly of Prodrive) i can say the quality is perfect, none of this wet lay shite from china

    right, sorted! i payed a cheeky visit to my friends at Bilstein (they make the shock inserts for H&R) crossed their palms with silver, bingo bango a new spring platform and a recut of the thread, back to mine, hacksaw to the old platform, quick wollop with the problem solver and it turns out...
