EVERYONE gets the wrong ones, the ones in the pics i posted are the true 100% flush ones, the ones in that top picture i quoted stick up a good few mm
no leave the clip alone!!!! you have to undo the 3 x 13mm bolts holding the gaitor onto the box, slip the edge over the bearing on the driveshaft, and it will slide on
i haven't seen those pads in a while, any good??
i hope you weren't sold those pads as "DS2500's" because the DS performance aren't part of the racing range
100% ethanol??? what moddifications have you made to the fuel system to accept 100% ethanol?? you must use bigger injectors or can the stock ones handle the flow?
the gears aren't worth touching, i think you maybe correct with the freezing going down to molecular level, but the stock selectors will wear no matter what you do to them, we ran thicker steel selectors and they worked a treat, had to use some trendy blue oil though!
