Dressed with AG Rubber Plus ( trade range product - cleans and dresses) allowed to dry and then a coat of AG Vinyl And Rubber care to add gloss.
Nah did'nt fancy jacking it up and taking them off and risking the owners car.
Lots of APC, and Engine and Machine clener, and soapy water, a cut up sponge to fit inside, old wash mitt, and lots of various brushes to get right in there .... and sore fingers
NXT and EGP do the same thing.
If you use NXT over EGP the cleaners in it will remove some of the EGP.
EGP over NXT and it wont bond properly.
One or the other is the best way.
If they are light as the man above says a few applications of Scratch X should short it by hand.
Any deeper and a Machine Polish with a PC at least will be needed, or a Rotary depending on the severity.

The Sigma is to long for as replacement for the kit lens, but will compliment the kit lens if you are going to get it, like you say for 40 quid you cant go wrong with the 18-55.
I can easily fill cards, especially if I am shooting in Raw. Even large jpegs on the 350D at highest setting are about 3mb each.
