I would get a bigger 1 GB card at least. I got some 2 GB cards from Picstop.co.uk cheap. The standard lens is hit of miss, mine was very poor, (full of dust here) I would buy the body and get a decent lens.

You cut the APC to you own strength so it can be mixed up nice and strong.

Off the shelf it's ok, but going down the off the shelf route Autoglym Super Resin and Extra Gloss provide better results in less steps and lasts longer than the Megs 3 stage. Waxes wise I would go with P21s, lots easier on and off than the Megs Stage 3.

Not if you rub it in well on application, and then buff it well with clean cloth after it has dried for a few mins.

Working by Hand with Scratch X and a folded terry towel is you best option. Work it in small areas, making sure you keep going till there is no residue to remove to ensure it has done it's job. Will be tiring and take multiple applications to sort it.

Denison Ice Link is the easist option - allows control of the pod etc from h/unit and stalk. Not sure if you can keep the 6 Disc wired in aswell it plugs into the same port as the changer I think.

The Rotary was used to remove the swirls on this one mainly (PC on the plastic can carbon though) You need one of Brazos DVD's Guy. (though after today all I learnt from him is how to splatter polish everywhere ;) ) Decent pressure, 4 inch pads, slow movement of the machine are what is needed...
