stock clutch is fine unless its a track car?? JC5 089 mk1 box is the best one IMO, you could use a williams one also, or a 172 cup it'll cost about £250 to get yours rebuilt

if it won't come out the hub, leave it in and disconnect it further up you have to pull them out, very easy to break and at £90 a go i would leave it
