Is the box polished already? If so all the above suggestions will work. If not and you want the back box to be as shiny as the tailpipe, you will need to get it machine polished or machine poilish it first.
How much time do you want to spend cleaning?
I would be tempted to sort out the best individual products to suit your needs rather than buying set kits.
working by hand - I would go with
Meguiars Gold Class and a Wool mitt - to wash
Meguiars Scratch X - for your swirl removal
Autoglym Super Resin - for your light polishing/paint cleaning
Autoglym Extra Gloss - Sealant
Nattys Blue or P21s - wax
The above leaves a great finish, great protection...
Depending on how much dirt is ingrained the paint or if its single stage paint pads get well grimey.
I wash using fairy liquid and woolite hand wash liquid. As long as they have not been used on unlacquerd paint they come up as good as new.
