Dealer inflicted swirls seem the normal, I had to get PC to sort mine. Repair shop looks ideal - very handy. Brazo on here has a rotary polisher maybe worth dropping him a PM on as to what pads and polishes would be good to use with your Dads's. Used the 350D for the pics yeah.
