I'm not sure that the rear beam on a mk2 clio is classed as a torsion bar. Its a solid beam afaik. A torsion bar is a suspension unit in itself, no? Mk1's definately have them.

Get a handheld code reader for £30 off ebay, or borrow one? Get into the carpark of the mot station, plug it in, turn off light. Drive away from MOT station with new certificate and the light will come on by the time you get home.

I agree with Chip. Theres no point in buying all new williams stuff (or even worse, old secondhand stuff!) to make it more original when 172 stuff can be had easier and cheaper nowadays.

Just remove the power steering altogether. Relatively simple to do and stops the inevitable happening.

I can get 4, all fitted and balanced for £170 and imo, thats fantastic value for money.

Its the sunroof, the roof lining is damp all along the front of the sunroof. I will be doing the ariel base and the sunroof in one hit when I do it.
