coil pack is the most common thing to go (spark plugs too) along with, crank sensor, TB, coolant sensor and about 100pages of fault finding (thats how big the offical renault book is for that car LOL!)

so the remote central locking doesn't work? you lock/unlock the car whilst still in the car with the remote keyfob, then that should disable the imobiliser
