At the risk of sounding controversial, i'd rather get the bus.
If it had a cage and was a track only car then i'd understand it but as it stands it just looks like a death trap.

T-cut, G3, anything with a bit of cut will piss that off and you'll never even know it was there.
I had a mk1 phase 1 with a 2.0 16v engine. I loved that car and it was like brand new!
I fitted 18's, lowered it, Airflow spoiler, K&N, nearly £4,000's worth of audio..... God I loved that car. Then my mate wrote it off. :(

Spacing is different.
56mm and 60mm iirc. (thats probably wrong)
That will tell you if its got cup suspension. As to weather its a 'Cup' model, it will have manual aircon as opposed to Full on digital climate control.
