If you plan on doing lots of track days, then cage/seats harnesses etc are essential imo. If you're doing 2/3 per year then its a complete waste of time. Remember also, track days are expensive. £130 ish for the day, £70 fuel (at least!) wear and tear on the tyres/pads/car in general. Too...

my interior is identical to yours and immaculate, not even any wear on the seats but the grab handles are fubar'd. Just wondering if its a common fault. I would get some new ones but BMW will no doubt rape me.
