i'm yet to see a maxogen gain 12bhp on a remap, i've seen vipers do it, ask Roamer if you don't believe me! even lord himself BenR saw gains back in hong kong
can't see the point in spending £350 on something that won't affect the cars performance in a major fashion
save it and put it towards a cam conversion
hammerite spary is crap
you need to roughly prime the areas with no paint or that are shinney paint
we used halfords primer and halfords satin black (cost about £70 in rattle cans to do the whole interior, but there wasn't a special offer on, 3 for 2 etc :()

mk2 172 and 182 are the same
mk1 172 has a shorter plenham.throttle body flange and is at a diiferent angle (using the cable TB)
both will fit either, its just a fiddle
