Anyone stuggling to sell their Clio Sport?

Yes. Everytime. Standard cars appeal to more people. As soon as you 'modify' it, you are narrowing down your target audience.

Anyone stuggling to sell their Clio Sport?

Sell mods, put it back to standard, advertise for £4250, accept anything over £4000, job done. Wheels/inlets/exhaust has got to get you back circa £500 after replacing with standard bits.

172 Engine rebuild - How much?

The engines are very very strong provided they've been looked after. Theres a Clio trophy on here with 170k on it and its still running perfect.

I think clutches are classed as wear and tear. Therefore not covered. You may get a contribution from them though.

Bit different for a talented spanner spinner like yourself though! I'd have to pay someone to swap the engine. You could buy a nice running, standard car now for £1500!
