Will they need coating with a wax before they go on? Using Swissol Autobahn on my current wheels with good results. Worth applying something as well as the Autobahn?

I was advised to run an Omex item when speaking to GDI with their cam package on offer. Was told the o.e.m. item will do the job, but to do it better with more fine tuning the Omex is the item of choice. Cam...

Bearing in mind the car currently has a BTB full system, Yozzasport de-cat and an ITG Maxogen filter. The car has not...
^ That method does have it's advantages. I used Event Tyres to fit a couple of Exalto's. The mobile fitter scratched my wheels, not pleased at all :mad: . Wouldn't use em' again.

Are you using them? Are the o.k. to use with standard and modified dampers?
I'll probably save a little and use Cat cams if difference is minimal.
What sort of profile should I be looking at? May do the odd trackday here and there but the car is mainly for everyday driving. Don't want anything too lumpy on idle. Looking for reasonably smooth torque curve through out...

Looking at upgrading the cams soon for my 182 Cup along with inlet matching and a re-map.
I've done a search, so I've a rough idea of what sort of price to pay and what sort of power to expect.
I'm quite tempted by GDI's cam package, including matched inlets and a re-map. Good price also...

Not planning on anything less than 20-30 mm drop with the H & R's later this year. Though a few on this thread have told me they'll rub. Don't fancy having the arches rolled.:eek:

Personally despite popular opinion I wouldn't chose Ferodo DS 2500's which would seem to be the popular choice for your driving style.
I've fitted them recently. Although they are an improvement in some areas, but not in others.
Do NOT buy EBC. There's a reason they're cheap, they're not too...
The wheels have arrived, though because 16" x 7" SuperTurismo WRC has been deleted, the only one's left were in e.t 37. So I took the plunge and bought em'.
I plan on using H & R coilovers at a later date will I get away with a 30 mm drop or will it have to be 25 or less?
